Craziness

Pretty sure life without HIM or my better half is not ok. The cold honest truth... I've been slacking in the God-time. This week I decided that it needs to be top priority. And ever since my better half has left for college I feel complete chaos. He keeps me sane... I need you sweetheart! :)

What I'm beginning to wander is does life ever get organized? Am I waisting my time trying to put everything in it's place? I've been learning with my nanny job that I've become frustrated when things are not in the right place. There are exceptions because believe me my room still gets pretty messy on a daily occurence. [I'm not even sure how that's possible but it does happen.] I'm about to make a serious schedule with myself... but that's really really boring and I don't want to be that person either. I think I need help.

Now to get onto that valentinesday gift and birthday gift... that's right around the corner and I want it to be perfect. :)

Baby we can do it... Baby we'll get through it. Cause love don't run. <3

New Beginnings..

Here's to more new beginnings. After over a month of searching my job hunt is finally over. Praise the Lord!! It was totally by Him that everything worked out the way that it did. It was hard being patient even though one month doesn't seem that long [it felt like an eternity]. It was just amazing to see His hand guiding me around different things to the place where I know He wants me. I feel so incredibly blessed.

Starting Monday I will be a nanny. I am going to be nannying three adorable kiddos two boys and a girl.... and one is on the way. It's going to be a long work week [up to 50hrs] of cleaning, laundry and cooking not to mention spending time with the precious kiddos.

I'm not a big fan of changes like this... so the feelings swarming me right now are: anxious, excited, nervous, overwhelmed, and thankful.

I have such a peace about this even in the restlessness of the uknown factor of new things. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. :) AND I've got plenty of experience. Praying for a smooth adjustment and quickly being able to smother the kids with love.

So I just want to take a step back and say THANK YOU Father! Take a deep breath and smile. It was so worth it to have the patience and wait for Your will. You know the desires of my heart and exactly what I needed. Thanks for always taking care of me.

And special thanks to all of you for the encouragement and prayers. You ladies are awesome. 

Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Galatians 6:9

Weekday Madness

It's the week already? Where did my weekend go? I had a blast at the cabin with some friends from our biblestudy. It was a fantastic weekend to say the least.

So here we are at the week again and it's time to face the routine and get the weekly tasks done. Best part about this week.... It's fair week and that means... Food, friends and fun!! :)

HE loves me!

What a beautiful day!! :) I have to just sit here and overflow with joy because Jesus loves me and wants a relationship with me!! Shouldn't we be excited about that? I've been learning, growing and challenged by the love of God. I've come to a conclusion... we can't comprehend it. That doesn't mean that we should miss out on soaking it in and sharing it. I have been feeling very scatter brained lately and haven't come up with any amazing topics that really stick. Ugh! Until then... I shall work a lot and continue on through the crazy buisyness of life. :)

Thank Jesus for loving you today... and the most important part don't forget to share what He has done for you and show His love. :)

Slacking...

Yes... I know I know I have been slacking. Life has been incredibly crazy. I'm starting to feel slightly overwhelmed and unable to keep up. I sometimes wish I was like the energizer bunny that keeps going and going and going. Unfortunately it doesn't work that way for us and hence.... we can't do everything. I think sometimes I need to learn to say no. Until then this week is crazy and the youth girls are going to the beach Thursday for a conference. Can't wait for that!
